Friends of El Moro Elfin Forest

The mission of Friends of El Moro Elfin Forest (FEMEF) is to preserve and maintain El Moro Elfin Forest Natural Area, to inform and educate about the natural history of the Elfin Forest and the Morro Bay Estuary, and to promote scientific research in the Forest. Our parent organization is Small Wilderness Area Preservation, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)3 public benefit corporation formed in 1971.
